I. Introduction of Liupanshui Normal University
六盤水師范學(xué)院地處有“中國涼都”之稱的貴州省六盤水市，是“省政府統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)管理，省教育廳直管”的全日制普通本科院校。2009年由六盤水師范高等?？茖W(xué)校升格為六盤水師范學(xué)院，2013年獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位授予單位資格，2015年列為貴州省向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展試點(diǎn)院校，2016年通過教育部本科教學(xué)工作合格評估。
Liupanshui Normal University is located in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province, which is known as “the Cool City of China”. It is a full-time undergraduate university jointly built by provinces and cities. In 2009, it was upgraded from a teacher’s college to Liupanshui Normal University. In 2013, it obtained the qualification of bachelor's degree-granting unit. In 2015, it was listed as a trial for application-oriented transformation university in Guizhou Province. In 2016, it passed the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education.
學(xué)校占地面積1310畝，建筑面積近39.55萬平方米，與明湖國家濕地公園融為一體，被譽(yù)為“貴州最美大學(xué)”。2014年被授予全省“安全文明校園”，2017年被評為“全省文明校園”。教學(xué)科研儀器設(shè)備總值1.59億元，各類館藏圖書184余萬冊，全校教職工895人，其中正高94人，副高256人，博士118人，碩士465人，“雙師雙能”型教師112人。
The university covers an area of 1,310 acre with a building area of nearly 395,500 square meters. It is integrated with Minghu National Wetland Park and is honored as “the most beautiful university in Guizhou”. It was awarded “Safe and civilized Campus” in 2014 and “Provincial Civilized Campus” in 2017. The total value of teaching and scientific research equipment is 159 million yuan. The total collection of various books is more than 1.84 million. The university has 895 staff members, including 94 professors, 256 associate professors, 118 doctors and 465 masters and 112 teachers with “dual professional and dual ability”.
學(xué)校設(shè)有文學(xué)與新聞學(xué)院、數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院、物理與電氣工程學(xué)院、生物科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院、馬克思主義學(xué)院、外國語學(xué)院、化學(xué)與材料工程學(xué)院等16個二級學(xué)院，44個本科專業(yè)，涉及工學(xué)、教育學(xué)、理學(xué)等10個學(xué)科門類，部分專業(yè)實(shí)行大類招生。學(xué)校在俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、蒙古等10余個國家招收國際學(xué)生。
There are 9771 full-time students attended class in 44 undergraduate majors in 16 schools, including the School of Literature and Journalism, the School of Mathematics and Statistics, the School of Physics and Electrical Engineering, the School of Biological Science and Technology, the School of Marxism, the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, covering 10 disciplines such as engineering, education and science. Some majors are enrolled in major categories. The school enrolls international students from more than 10 countries, including Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia.
近年來，承擔(dān)國家級、省部級教育教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目126次，獲省級教育教學(xué)成果獎17項(xiàng)。在全國大學(xué)生各類競賽活動中，獲國家級獎項(xiàng)280余項(xiàng)，省部級獎項(xiàng)760余項(xiàng)，獲授權(quán)專利8項(xiàng)。
In recent years, it has undertaken 126 national and provincial education and teaching reform projects and won 17 provincial education and teaching achievement awards. In various national college student competitions, it has won more than 280 national awards and more than 760 provincial and ministerial awards, and it has been granted 8 patents.

Standing at a new historical starting point, the University will adhere to the transformation and development as the main line, the connotation construction as the core, with reform and innovation as the driving force, vigorously implement the six strategies of “building the University with quality, strengthening the university with talents, revitalizing the university with characteristics, reforming and opening up, cultural guidance, and echelon promotion”, earnestly fulfill the five functions of personnel training, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and innovation, and international exchange and cooperation. Ⅴ. Application
（一）申請資格
（I）Qualification
1. 原則須滿18周歲（未滿18歲的學(xué)生須提供父母的委托書，并為其指定在華擔(dān)保人，提供擔(dān)保書），語言生原則上不超過30歲，學(xué)歷生原則上不超過25歲。
Age 18-30 for non-degree program, 18-25 for undergraduate programs. (Age under 18 who would like to apply for programs of the school shall be warranted by a Chinese citizen appointed by legal guardians);
2. 身心健康，持本國體檢表（附中/英文翻譯）。
Physically and mentally healthy(in both Chinese and English);
3. 本國無犯罪記錄，愿意遵守中國的法律、法規(guī)、遵守六盤水師范學(xué)院的規(guī)章制度、尊重中國人的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、遵守社會公德。
No criminal records;
4. 高中畢業(yè)或以上學(xué)歷。
Graduating from high school or above;
5. 學(xué)歷生HSK4級及以上水平。

申請人需準(zhǔn)備以下材料，一式兩份（The applicants are required to provide materials in duplicate as）：
（1）中外文個人簡歷（CV (In English and Chinese)
（2）國際學(xué)生申請表（Applicant Form of International Students）；
（3）護(hù)照掃描件（Scanned Copy of Passport）；
（4）中外文最高學(xué)歷證明及成績單的公證件（Notarized copy (with a Chinese Translated Version) of the certificate of the highest diploma obtained and school report）；
（5）本人兩寸白底免冠照片（2張）（Identification photo in white background (2 copies)）；
（6）體檢表及中/英文翻譯件（Health form issued by hospital and a translated version in Chinese/English ）；
（7）無犯罪記錄證明及中/英文翻譯件（Certificate of No Criminal Record and a translated version in Chinese/English）；
（8）來黔摸底測評表（Evaluation form before attending school）；
（9）未滿18歲的學(xué)生需提供父母的委托書及在華擔(dān)保人的擔(dān)保書（For students under Age 18, Letter of Attorney by legal guardians and Letter of Warrant by the warrantor appointed by legal guardians are also required）；
（10）國際學(xué)生經(jīng)濟(jì)擔(dān)保書（Financial Sponsor Agreement for International Students）。
備注：以上材料一律不予退還。

（10）來黔摸底測評表（Evaluation form before attending school）；

3.被錄取的申請者將收到《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）和《六盤水師范學(xué)院錄取通知書》
After being enrolled, the applicant will receive ‘Visa Application for Study in China’ (JW 202) and ‘Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University’.
4.被錄取者持《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202）和《六盤水師范學(xué)院錄取通知書》，到中國駐外大使館或領(lǐng)事館申請來華學(xué)習(xí)簽證（X簽證；國際學(xué)生攜帶《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202）和《六盤水師范學(xué)院錄取通知書》，按通知書上的日期準(zhǔn)時來校報(bào)到、注冊、交費(fèi)

（一）關(guān)于入學(xué)注冊
l About Enrollment
1. 入學(xué)注冊時需要提交什么材料（Materials for enrollment）？
所有學(xué)生須在指定的日期，攜帶好相關(guān)材料到國際教育學(xué)院注冊入學(xué)。
Students are required to submit the following materials to the School of International Education in the set time.
（1）錄取通知書原件（Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University）；
（2）《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）原件（Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202)）；
（3）學(xué)校指定醫(yī)院的體檢報(bào)告（Health Report issued by the assigned hospital）；
（4）護(hù)照原件（Passport）；
（5）學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書及成績單原件（及中/英文翻譯件）（Certificate of the highest diploma obtained and school report and translated version in Chinese/English）；
（6）無犯罪記錄證明原件（及中/英文翻譯件）（Certificate of No Criminal Record and a translated version in Chinese/English）。
2. 如何支付學(xué)費(fèi)（Payment）？
學(xué)費(fèi)和其他費(fèi)用在注冊入學(xué)后第一個月內(nèi)使用銀聯(lián)或現(xiàn)金支付（不接受外幣、支票、信用卡支付）。
Tuition and accommodation expense are required to be paid within the first month. Payment: Union pay card/cash (Foreign currency, check and credit card are not accepted).
（二）關(guān)于簽證申請
l About Visa
1．簽證類型（Type of Visa）？
在六盤水師范學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)六個月及以上的申請人需持有來華學(xué)習(xí)簽證（X簽證）。
Students who study in China for no less than 6 months are required to apply for X-visa）.
2．如何申請中國的學(xué)習(xí)簽證（How to apply for study visa in China）？
一旦申請被受理，申請人將會收到六盤水師范學(xué)院錄取通知書和《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》。申請人可向其所在國的中國大使館或總領(lǐng)事館提出簽證申請。
Students who are enrolled by the school can apply for visa in Chinese embassy or consulate with Admission Letter and JW202.
3．在申請人所在國申請簽證需要哪些文件（Materials in applying for Visa）？
（1）本人有效護(hù)照（Valid Passport）；
（2）大學(xué)錄取通知書原件（Original Copy of Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University）；
（3）《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》（Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202)）；
（4）必要時，需向申請人所在國的中國大使館或總領(lǐng)事館提交所需的特殊材料（Other materials that are required by the Chinese embassy or consulate）。
注：簽證成功后，請確保護(hù)照、錄取通知書和《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》都交回本人手上。
Tips: After applying the visa successfully, please make sure your passport and JW 202 are returned to you.
4．簽證申請價格（Charge for Visa）？
簽證申請的價格可向中國大使館詢問。

5．申請人能為其父母申請陪同簽證嗎？
Is it allowed for parents apply for accompanying visa？
不能。國際學(xué)生的陪同簽證對象僅限于配偶。
No. Only Spouses are qualified to apply for accompanying visa.
6．需要在申請人國家進(jìn)行體檢嗎？
Is medical examination required before studying in China？
除了學(xué)習(xí)時間少于6個月（一學(xué)期）的留學(xué)生和當(dāng)?shù)刂袊笫桂^特許留學(xué)生之外，其余留學(xué)生都必須在來中國之前進(jìn)行體檢。
Yes. All students are required to receive a medical examination by hospital except from students who study for less than 6 months and students with special permission by local Chinese embassy.
（三）關(guān)于獎學(xué)金申請
l About scholarship
申請獎學(xué)金時間：申請人（學(xué)歷生）可以在入學(xué)后的次年3月到5月提交申請，詳情請直接與學(xué)校國際教育學(xué)院咨詢。
Students who study in Liupanshui Normal University are available to apply for scholarship in the next year during March to May. For further information, please contact the School of International Education.
（四）其它問題

1．關(guān)于接機(jī)（接站）服務(wù)（Pick-up service ）
學(xué)校在上班時間提供接機(jī)（接站）服務(wù)，非上班時間請自行來校。
Pick-up service are provided during the enrollment time; For non-enroll time, students can only come to school by self.
2．關(guān)于餐飲服務(wù)（Dining）
六盤水師范學(xué)院食堂：中心食堂（朝陽校區(qū)）；龍山食堂（龍山校區(qū)）。
Two Dining Halls: Central Canteen (Chaoyang Campus), Longshan Canteen (Longshan Campus).
3．關(guān)于校園卡服務(wù)（School Card）
校園卡相當(dāng)于學(xué)生證，可用于學(xué)校內(nèi)的餐飲，圖書借閱，購買熱水，辦理上網(wǎng)等。
The School card can be used as a student ID card, which can be used for dining, library, Internet access, etc.
4．關(guān)于銀行服務(wù)（Bank）
學(xué)校設(shè)有中國建設(shè)銀行、中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行、中國銀行取款機(jī)（CCB, ABC, BOC on campus）。
5. 關(guān)于交通站點(diǎn)（Traffic）
