8月25日至27日,由貴州省數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)主辦,黔南民族師范學(xué)院、黔南州數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)承辦的貴州省數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)2023年學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)在黔南民族師范學(xué)院召開。來自貴州省高校及科研院所、中小學(xué)校的專家學(xué)者、一線教師以及學(xué)生共300余人云集黔南民族師范學(xué)院進(jìn)行深入學(xué)術(shù)交流與研討。
為促進(jìn)理學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)的教育教學(xué)改革與發(fā)展,提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)交流,數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院寧寶權(quán)、佘連兵、黃萍、陜振沛、張文林、方秀萍等6人參加本次學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)。
會(huì)上,寧寶權(quán)作了題為“MAGDM based on advanced probabilistic dual hesitant fuzzy weighted averaging aggregation operator and score function and its application to online teaching platform supplier selection”的報(bào)告。報(bào)告指出,This article proposes a new multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) technique in probabilistic dual hesitant fuzzy (PDHF) environments. Firstly, based on the analysis of the shortcomings of existing score function, a new score function is developed for PDHF element, which can better distinguish between two PDHFEs. Meanwhile, we explained in detail the excellent properties of the new score function. Then, considering that the existing PDHF weighted average operator may experience a surge in the number of aggregation results and unreasonable defects during the aggregation process, using the probability splitting algorithm, a novel operation rule for PDHFEs is proposed, and a novel advanced PDHF arithmetic average (APDHFAA) aggregation operator is proposed to overcome the defects of a surge in the number of aggregation results and unreasonable defects. We have studied its excellent properties and provided proof. Thirdly, we propose a novel advanced PDHF weighted average (APDHFWA) aggregation operator. Fourthly, we also propose a new cosine measure in the PDHF environment to select the optimal alternative. Fifthly, we propose a new MAGDM method based on the APDHFWA operator, score function, and cosine measure. Finally, we applied the proposed MAGDM method to address the application problem of online teaching platform supplier selection (OTPSS). The newly proposed MAGDM method can overcome the shortcomings of existing MAGDM methods and effectively distinguish the sorting problem of alternative solutions in certain situations. The newly proposed MAGDM method provides us with a very useful method for processing decision information into PDHFS.
陜振沛教授作了題為“A Group Decision Making Method Based on Interval valued Fermatean Fuzzy Information Integration Operators”的報(bào)告。報(bào)告指出,針對(duì)區(qū)間Fermatean模糊信息環(huán)境下屬性權(quán)重信息未知的多屬性群決策問題,給出了求解屬性權(quán)重的公式,并利用定義的區(qū)間Fermatean模糊集成算子進(jìn)行信息集結(jié),構(gòu)建了群決策模型。通過采礦業(yè)可再生能源技術(shù)的選擇實(shí)例說明所提方法的有效性,利用參數(shù)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的影響說明決策方法的靈活性。此外,還將本文方法與現(xiàn)有方法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。
